Cutest story ever. Carter's little sister Brooklynn is 4 and so precious. We were flipping through the Sears spring catalog and we got to the baby section with cribs and strollers and blankets, and Brookie pointed at one and said, "Ohhh that would be perfect for your baby!" and I said, "I don't have a baby..?" and she gave me a very stern look and said, "Until you get married!" Oh boy. We got some high expectations to meet.

We are in the process of signing a lease for our very first apartment together!

Granted, I'll live there by myself until we're wedded.. But it's still ours!!

This is my eternity. :)

Once Upon A Time..

Once upon a time there was a girl.

Who met a boy.

This boy put up a big stink about 'committment' and 'dating' and 'relationships' because he had a bad experience with some random chicka. 

But eventually,

he realized that the flaws of that random chicka

were not the flaws of every woman out there.

The girl won his heart, eventually, by giving him free tickets to a Michael Buble concert.

Gradually, she fell in love.

He fell in love, too.

And soon, they were in love.

The boy joined the army.

So they made the best of the time they had.

And it worked.

Eventually, he decided the military wasn't what he wanted.

And she was glad.

Very, very glad.

She got accepted to University in a foreign city.

And he graduated high school.

She moved off to the foreign city.

And he moved to another foreign city.

BUT

their foreign cities are only 3 hours away from each other!

Which means they get weekends for loving!

They started talking marriage.

And being together for eternity.

Soon, there was no option.

They must become engaged to be married!

He bought a rock.

And got down on one knee.

And asked her to marry him.

She said yes!

So that's where we are today.

Anticipating weekends.

Studying on weekdays.

Planning a wedding on inbetweendays.

This is our story.

The story of true love and happy endings.
